How do I make an order?
To place an order, kindly provide us with the sizes of the area and pictures of the construction site, if possible. Based on this information, we will create a design and proposal for you. Once you confirm the design and quote, we will carefully handle the entire order process, from production to shipping. We can even provide door-to-door delivery if needed.
How will it hold up in my climate?
Our pergola system has been engineered to withstand hurricane force winds, heavy snow loads, and various weather conditions. It is highly durable and outperforms most competitors on the market today.
What is your product warranty?
We offer a 15-year warranty on the structure with ordinary powder coated, along with a 3-year warranty on the electronics.

Yes, we offer standard sizes such as 3m x 3m and 3m x 4m. However, our open roof system is highly flexible and can be customized to fit your specific area. We will assist you in designing the length and direction of the louvers to best suit your needs.
