How do I make an order?
To place an order, please provide us with the sizes of the area and pictures of the construction site, if possible. Based on this information, we will create a design and proposal for you. Once you confirm the design and quote, we will carefully handle the entire order process, from production to shipping. We can even provide door-to-door delivery if needed.
How will it hold up in my climate?
Our pergolas are engineered to withstand hurricane force winds, heavy snow loads, and various weather conditions. They are highly durable and outperform most competitors on the market today.
What is your product warranty?
We offer a 15-year warranty on the structure with ordinary powder coated, along with a 3-year warranty on the electronics.

Yes, we offer standard sizes such as 3m x 3m, 3m x 4m, and more. Our open roof system is also highly flexible and can be customized to fit your specific area. We will assist you in designing the length and direction of the louvers to best suit your needs.
What types of features can I add to the roof?
